ornate agreed to make the rug at my exact measurements which was great. The rug is beautiful and even exceeded my expectations, it looks fabulous.
Only warning is I ordered from the UK and it is shipped from Mumbai. The shipment was smoothed and tracked but I had to pay an extra import fee I had not planned.
Still, so happy with this unique rug I simply could not find in the UK
