Will there be color variation in the rug?

Hand-made rugs are one-off pieces of functional art, and because each one is unique, there can be subtle variations in color due to the natural fibers and dyes being used.

Why is my rug shedding ?

Shedding is normal for some rugs. But don't worry, it will diminish with regular vacuuming.

Will you suggest a good rug for my living space?

Yes, of course. Our design consultants will suggest the best possible options for your requirement. Please share pics & dimensions of your room. 

Are the rug colours on the website reliable?

Yes, the rugs showcased on the website are in true colors. However, depending on the resolution of your device's screen, there might be slight variation in the color of the actual rug and it's website image.

How can I prevent my carpet from slipping off from the floor when I walk on it?

It is easy! A rug pad will make all the difference. 

What if my rug is damaged, defective in any way, or just not the item I ordered ?

Each of our rug goes through strict quality checks before it is dispatched. However, in case the rug is damaged in transit, we request you to share with us the pictures of the damaged part ,as soon as you receive the rug, at ornatehandicrafts@gmail.com, along with your order ID. After receiving your email we will ensure resolution within 2-3 working days.

How can I pay?

A purchase can be made by paying PayPal through our website. We also accept payments through International cards via PayPal.

You can also choose to pay by bank transfer. To know more, kindly drop us a mail at ornatehandicrafts@gmail.com. We offer a 5% discount for all payments made via bank transfer as savings on the PayPal transfer charges. 

Is it possible to buy the rug on installments?

Apologies, we are not offering financing currently. 

Do I have to pay additional taxes and duties on the website prices?

Product pricing displayed on the site are per piece/set, inclusive off all taxes levied.

There are customs related duties and local taxes applicable, which may vary between 2-30% of the price, depending on the laws of respective countries. This has to be paid to our shipping partner at time of delivery.

How can I make a change in my order or cancel my order ?

Any change or cancellation is only possible if the information is received before the order gets dispatched. Please get in touch with us for the same at ornatehandicrafts@gmail.com

Do you ship Worldwide?

Yes. We provide worldwide shippment through Fedex. 

How long will the rug take to ship?

We usually ship within 1-2 working days after receiving the order, delivery usually happens within 7-10 working days.

What is your Return Policy?

Return policy is applicable on manufacturing defects only.

This does not apply to clearance items. In case of non-manufacturing defects, the shipping cost for the return has to borne by the customer.
